I’m Silke - a human, just like you. A daughter, a sister, wife, a mom, a friend, and a coach who believes in the power of mindset, connection, and growth.
Born and raised in Germany, I now live in Texas, USA. My career started in the corporate world with a Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation and Service Management. The time came to focus on motherhood and my journey led me to become a Certified Holistic Wellness Coach through the International Association of Wellness Professionals (IAWP). Along the way, Positive Intelligence® further transformed my life, teaching me how to quiet the chaos in my mind, reduce overwhelm, and embrace ease and flow. These tools, combined with my passion for a healthy lifestyle allow me to guide others toward clarity, confidence, and sustainable change.
